Good arguments. It is amazing how we quickly believe some stories in the Bible but have difficulty believing true life stories that are closer to home. I am believing that people with faith like those writing this blog will spark more bold demonstrations of the power of our rule-changing God.

Those are some amazing stories Antoinette! God is definitely alive and still doing works in our lives. There is absolutely nothing too hard for God. His might and power extend into every aspect of our lives, and we should never get caught up in the contagious doubt of today's society.

Some stories of the impossible come to my mind that God has performed in my own life.
One time, I locked my car keys inside the car after church. Bro. Victor Delrio, Louie & I prayed for the doors to open and after about 10 minutes of praying, the doors unlocked.

Another impossible story: I was already on the freeway, miles from an exit with a gas station, and I ran out of gas. I prayed and felt like I was not even sitting in the car but levitating in the palm of the Lords hand, and I saw my gas gage meter move from empty to full.

Once, I got a flat tire and prayed the whole way that I would make it home. later on, when the mechanic came with a new tire he told me that it was impossible for anyone to drive on that tire. He told me it was a "blow out" and I should have crashed.

Another time, I herd a clunk, my car jerked, then it stalled out. Right in the middle lane. I prayed for the car to start so I wouldn't be late to work. My car started, and I was on my way again. After work, I pulled into a station to have the engine looked at. They told me that there was no way I drove the car to them, the engine was dismounted, a rod broke and the engine wasn't even connected anymore.

I was on my way to my grandmother's house [who lives in a desert] and my car overheated. We were stranded in the desert. We started to pray and my car started again! We were on our way!

God can definetely do the impossible! What a mighty God He is!!

He's the same God today as in the book of acts! I can't wait to see His power shown off closer and closer to home!
